Paddlefish, the newest dining experience at Walt Disney World Resort, will be opening super-soon this winter (no specific date yet) in Disney Springs aboard a giant riverboat — formerly Fulton’s Crab House.

Though the full menu is still going through the final design approval process, a smattering of pictures have been released showcasing the wonderful cuisine of this all new, refurbished restaurant. I hope you have your tastebuds handy!
